Have Bitcoin rewards balance over minimum withdrawal of 0.00000010 btc
Our platform has minimum withdrawal like every other crypto platform, and they exist to avoid spamming very small withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal on Lightning network is very small, 0.00000010 btc, and on Binance Smart Chain and Bitcoin mainnet the minimum withdrawals are updated automatically based on current withdrawal fees, and can be seen on withdraw screen after choosing the network you want to use.
Where to withdraw your Bitcoin rewards to
To withdraw your Bitcoin rewards you need to first decide where you want to withdraw to, here's your two options
Withdrawing to Exchanges
If you want to convert your Bitcoin rewards into your local currency such as USD or EUR, a common option is to withdraw your Bitcoin rewards to a cryptocurrency exchange that supports Bitcoin.
Cryptocurrency exchanges are independent third-party services, not operated or controlled by us. They have their own fees, terms and conditions, and identification (KYC) requirements, and their availability depends on your country and local regulations. You can search in Google for cryptocurrency exchanges that legally operate in your country and choose one at your own discretion.
When you have chosen your exchange, register or log in to it and, on the exchange's main page, find an option to Deposit or Receive Bitcoin (BTC).
If you have trouble finding this, please check the help or support pages of your chosen exchange, or contact their customer support for assistance.
In the deposit screen, you usually need to choose which cryptocurrency you want to deposit. Select Bitcoin (BTC). Make sure you are using a Bitcoin deposit address provided by your exchange; sending to the wrong address type or network can result in a permanent loss of funds.
Some exchanges may offer several transfer networks for Bitcoin deposits. Only use a network if your exchange explicitly supports it for Bitcoin and clearly shows you the matching deposit address. If you are not sure which network to use, the safest default is usually the standard Bitcoin (Bitcoin mainnet) option shown by your exchange.
Lightning network
Can be cheaper and faster than on-chain Bitcoin, but should only be used if your exchange clearly supports Lightning and provides a Lightning-specific deposit address.
Other networks (e.g. BNB Smart Chain, etc.)
Some exchanges may show additional networks for tokenized versions of Bitcoin. These are not native Bitcoin transactions and may not be compatible with all wallets. Only use these options if your exchange explicitly instructs you to do so and you fully understand the risks.
Bitcoin mainnet (often just shown as "Bitcoin" or "BTC")
The standard Bitcoin network. Usually has higher fees and slower confirmation times than Lightning, but is widely supported and is generally the safest choice if you are unsure which network to use.
If your exchange supports it, you may choose the Lightning network for your deposit. Lightning can often be cheaper and faster than on-chain Bitcoin transfers, but you should only use it if your exchange clearly supports Lightning deposits and provides you with a Lightning invoice or address for that purpose.
After choosing the network on the exchange, you may be asked to enter the amount you want to deposit. Choose an amount that you know is available in your account balance in our platform. Do not enter more than your actual available rewards balance.
To help you enter the number correctly, you can change the formatting in the in-app wallet screen to show your balance in Bitcoin with 12 decimals. This helps you see your Bitcoin rewards in the same units they are most likely shown in the exchange.
The exchange will then show you either a Bitcoin address or a Lightning invoice. Copy this address or invoice to your clipboard. This is what our platform will use to know where to send your Bitcoin rewards.
Open our app and go to your in-app wallet, then choose Withdraw and select the same network you chose on the exchange (for example, Lightning Network). Paste the address or invoice you copied into the address field and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Note: For Lightning invoices, the withdrawal amount should match the amount you entered on the exchange. If the amounts do not match, the invoice may fail.
Confirm your withdrawal. In most cases, your Bitcoin rewards should arrive in your exchange account within a short time, depending on the network and the exchange's processing.
Once the Bitcoin has arrived in your exchange account, you can use the exchange's own interface to sell your Bitcoin for your local currency and, if supported by the exchange, withdraw the funds to your bank account. These steps are handled entirely by the exchange, according to their own fees and terms.

Withdrawing Bitcoin to your own Bitcoin wallet
If you want to hold your Bitcoin for the long term, a common option is to withdraw it to a personal Bitcoin wallet that you control. This allows you to manage your own funds directly. Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your wallet, recovery phrase, and private keys safe. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover your Bitcoin for you. If the wallet options listed below aren't available in your region, you can search in Google for Bitcoin wallets that are available and legal in your country.

Bitcoin.org wallet chooser: Curated list of wallet options
Bitcoin.org provides a curated list of Bitcoin wallets that may be a helpful starting point when choosing a wallet. Each wallet has different security and usability characteristics. We are not responsible for the wallets listed there, and you should carefully review each option to ensure it meets your needs and is available in your country.
When you have chosen your wallet, register or log in to it and, in the wallet's main screen, look for an option to Receive or Deposit Bitcoin (BTC).
If you have trouble finding this, please check the help or support pages of your chosen wallet, or contact their customer support for assistance.
In the receive/deposit screen, you usually need to choose which cryptocurrency you are receiving. Select Bitcoin (BTC).
Depending on the wallet, you may also see different networks or address types. Only use a network or address type if your wallet clearly says it is for Bitcoin. If you are unsure, the safest default is usually the standard Bitcoin (Bitcoin mainnet) network.
Lightning network
Can be cheaper and faster than on-chain Bitcoin, but should only be used if your wallet clearly supports Lightning and provides you with a Lightning invoice or Lightning address. If you are not sure whether your wallet supports Lightning deposits, do not use this option.
Bitcoin mainnet (often shown as "Bitcoin" or "BTC")
The standard Bitcoin network. Usually has higher fees and slower confirmation times than Lightning, but is widely supported and is generally the safest choice if you are unsure which network or address type to use.
If your wallet supports it and you understand how it works, you may choose the Lightning network for this example. Lightning can often be cheaper and faster than on-chain Bitcoin, but you should only use it if your wallet clearly provides a Lightning invoice or Lightning address for receiving funds.
After choosing the network in your wallet, you may be asked to enter the amount you want to receive. Choose an amount that you know is available in your account balance in our platform. Do not enter more than your actual available rewards balance.

Common problems
We have designed the withdrawal process to be as simple as possible, and in most cases it should work without any issues. However, sometimes errors can occur, for example if an address is entered incorrectly or if the withdrawal amount is below the minimum.
Email needs to be verified
If you receive an error that your email isn't verified, please press the button shown next to the error to send a verification email. You will receive an email that includes a link you need to click in order to verify your email address.
Login needs to be added
If you receive an error that a login needs to be added, simply press the button shown next to the error to add a login method (for example, Google or Apple ID) to your account.
Minimum withdrawal error
First, change your units to whole Bitcoins in your in-app wallet screen. Press Format in the in-app wallet screen, then choose Bitcoin, 12 decimals, so the numbers are easier to understand.
The minimum withdrawal on the Bitcoin Lightning network is 0.00000010 BTC, which is a very small amount. Other networks (such as Bitcoin mainnet or any other supported networks) can have higher fees and effectively higher practical minimums.
If your destination wallet or exchange supports Lightning, it is usually the most efficient option in our app because of the low minimum amount and typically lower fees. If you still do not have enough Bitcoin rewards balance, simply wait a longer to reach the minimum withdrawal amount.
If you are still having problems, we recommend watching both videos for exchange withdrawals and personal wallet withdrawals to make sure you are following the steps correctly for the type of withdrawal you are making. These videos may show specific wallets or exchanges as examples only; they are third-party services that we do not operate or control, and their inclusion does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
