3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
-
To provide and operate the App
Including setting up and maintaining your account, running our virtual Bitcoin mining system, calculating
in-app Bitcoin rewards, processing withdrawals, applying loyalty and continuity boosts, and managing referrals.
-
To improve and optimize the Service
For example, analyzing usage and performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing new features.
-
To show ads and measure their performance
Including rewarded ads that can grant in-app rewards. Ad partners may use device identifiers and
contextual information to deliver and measure ads, subject to applicable consent requirements.

To communicate with you
For example to send important notices about the Service, respond to your support requests, or inform you about
changes to our policies or terms.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract – to provide the App and its features you choose to use.
- Legitimate interests – for example to improve the Service, prevent fraud, protect our rights, and ensure security, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent – where required for certain analytics or advertising technologies. You can withdraw consent at any time within your device or platform settings, where available.
- Legal obligations – to comply with laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.
5. How We Share Your Information

-
Advertising partners
When you view or interact with ads, some information (such as device identifiers or approximate location)
may be shared with ad networks and their partners, in accordance with applicable platform rules and consent choices.
-
Crypto and blockchain infrastructure
When you make withdrawals, your wallet address and transaction details are written to the relevant blockchain
network, which is public by design. Blockchain data may be visible to anyone who examines the network.
-
Professional advisers and authorities
Where necessary, we may share information with our legal, tax or other advisors, or with regulators or
law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to do so.
-
Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be transferred
as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information in the sense of exchanging it for money. Certain jurisdictions
(e.g. under CCPA/CPRA) treat some disclosures for advertising or analytics as “selling” or “sharing”; where required
we will honor your rights and choices under those laws.
6. International Transfers
We are based in Finland, but our service providers and infrastructure may be located in other countries.
This means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including
countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction.
Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the
European Commission) to protect personal data transferred outside the EEA/UK.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights.
In general:
- Account and usage data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Transaction and withdrawal records may be kept longer where required for accounting, tax, or legal reasons.
- Support communications are retained as long as needed to manage your requests and for audit purposes.
- Log and analytics data may be stored for a limited period, subject to our internal policies and third-party tools.
When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, or, where this is not possible (for example, because
the data is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing
until deletion is possible.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to access – to obtain confirmation whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy.
- Right to rectification – to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure – to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Right to restriction – to request that we limit processing in certain cases.
- Right to data portability – to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format where applicable.
- Right to object – to object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights or make a data request, please contact us at
[email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before
fulfilling your request. Some rights may be limited or not apply in certain cases, depending on the law where you live.
Children’s privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information,
please contact us so we can take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized
access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic
storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and App may use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies (for example through analytics and advertising
providers) to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used.
You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, device settings, or platform-specific
consent tools where available. Disabling certain technologies may affect some features of the Service.
11. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by us (for example, wallet providers,
exchanges, or community channels). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
12. Virtual Mining and Blockchain Transparency
The App uses a virtualized Bitcoin mining system. All “mining”, hashrate values, loyalty boosts,
continuity multipliers and similar features within the App are virtual and used solely to calculate your
in-app Bitcoin rewards under our internal rules. They do not represent direct ownership of real-world
mining hardware or hashrate.
When you choose to withdraw Bitcoin, the resulting transactions are processed on public blockchain networks
(such as Bitcoin or other supported networks). Information recorded on these networks (including your wallet address
and transaction details) may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted by us.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top
of this page, and, where required by law, we will notify you via the App or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the
changes and your agreement to be bound by the updated policy.
